I design products and build websites — and I take both seriously. I'm currently the de facto design lead at Webcoupers, a technology and marketing agency recognised by Google as its only Premier Advertising Partner in West Africa. I own the full design function: UI/UX, WordPress development, client communication, and team mentorship. Outside of that, I run Chair Doctor NG Limited, my own registered e-commerce business, and take on freelance projects that let me push what I can do.

I got into tech in 2023 after years of working in customer service and cinema production. I came in fast, learned in public, and haven't stopped building since. I'm also a final-year Computer Science student at the National Open University of Nigeria — because understanding how things work under the hood makes me a better designer.

I transitioned into tech in 2023 after careers in customer service and cinema production. A bootcamp gave me the foundation; real projects gave me the skill. Within my first year, I had designed and shipped UI/UX for fintech, civic tech, and e-commerce products, built and maintained WordPress sites for agency clients, and started freelancing alongside a full-time role.In January 2026, my Design Lead left Webcoupers and the full design scope landed on me — including sole ownership of WordPress development for client projects, mentoring the intern designer, and stepping into a team lead function when the Product Manager also resigned. I absorbed it, organised it, and delivered. That's how I work.

Design is a conversation between the person using the product and the team building it. My job is to translate clearly between both sides — to take business goals and user needs and turn them into something that actually makes sense on a screen. I believe in doing the research, showing the thinking, and building with enough technical fluency that the handoff is never the weak link. I use AI tools not as a shortcut, but as a way to move faster without cutting corners.

I run a registered business — Chair Doctor NG Limited — an online-first office chair repair and resale company in Lagos. Building it has taught me things about product, customer experience, and business operations that no course could. When I'm not working, I'm experimenting with new web technologies, mentoring, or figuring out the next thing to build.

What Drives Me
I'm motivated by the moment a thing works — when a flow clicks, when a page loads fast and looks right, when a client sees their vision on screen for the first time. I want to keep growing into roles where I lead, not just execute. I'm looking for environments where design is taken seriously, where AI is being used intelligently, and where there's room to build something that matters.
