Empathize: I conducted user research with target audience of Easy ride, which are people that reside in Lagos .
Define: I also used insights gotten from the research to understand the needs and pain points of the targeted users of easy ride app. I gathered that the major problem users of ride-sharing app face is safety and trust. this app has been designed with a map that let’s you know exactly where you are. It also has an option to share ride info and have an efficient payment integration
Ideate: this app was designed solve the problem the target audience are face, while using existing ride sharing app Some features are;

User friendly ride booking interface
Registration and log in interface
Smooth onboarding process.
Prototype: I designed a high fidelity prototype for the solution, but before this, I designed the wire-frame which is the low fidelity prototype.
Test: I tested the prototype and went back to iterate and make some necessary corrections.
Iterate: I made several correction on the booking screens after testing the prototype.
